About the role#
The Vice President for Team Development works with the Director and Team President to support members of the Business Competition Team. You will help students reach their potential in competitions and prepare for their careers after Columbia College. This is a paid, on-site, full-time student position.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Director and President to create a development plan for each team member.
- Analyze results from mock and real competitions to identify areas for performance improvement.
- Design individual improvement plans to help team members succeed in state and national competitions.
- Work with the Director to select competition events for team members based on assessments, past performance, and judge feedback.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Columbia College.
- One year of experience with CSMAC.
- Experience with graphic design and social media.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Majors in Business Administration, Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications are relevant to this role.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Columbia, Missouri.
