About the role#
The Center for Social Media and Alumni Communication is hiring a Student Marketing Project Manager. This position involves managing content calendars, coordinating team assignments, and supporting social media strategy for the Robert W. Plaster School of Business. You will also assist with alumni database management and campus event planning.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain a content calendar for Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Help design and run social media campaigns.
- Track social media metrics and prepare bi-weekly reports.
- Train staff members on tools including Microsoft Teams, Canva, and Meta Business Suite.
- Organize meeting agendas and attend team meetings.
- Plan and participate in campus events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Columbia College.
- One year of experience working with CSMAC.
- Proficiency in graphic design and social media management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to fluently read, write, and understand English.
- Junior or senior standing is preferred.
Location & details#
- This role is located in Columbia, Missouri.
- The work is on-site.
- This is a paid position at $16 per hour.
