Job Description: About the RoleJoin the operations team at an AI-enabled recruiting startup, working alongside an operations associate and company leadership. You will coordinate candidates and hiring managers from introductions through interviews, helping keep the recruiting process organized and moving forward. This is a part-time, three-month internship starting in November 2026.What You'll DoCall and text candidates to confirm interest, schedule interviews, and prepare them for initial conversations.Follow up with hiring managers to gather feedback on introduced candidates.Review candidate lists for fit with role requirements, location, and salary expectations.Maintain accurate candidate statuses, notes, and next steps.Identify recurring operational issues and suggest improvements.Use AI tools and automation for repetitive tasks, reviewing outputs for accuracy.What We're Looking ForZero to two years of experience; prior internship experience is not required.Recent or current customer-facing, coordination, recruiting, scheduling, support, or sales experience.Strong organization, follow-through, and comfort speaking with new people by phone.Curiosity about AI tools or automation is helpful.Available to work 20 hours per week for three months starting November 2026.Based in Utah's Salt Lake or Utah County area, or able to commute to Salt Lake City or Lehi for in-person work.Compensation & BenefitsPay is $20 to $25 per hour for a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week. Visa sponsorship is not available.LocationHybrid in Salt Lake City or Lehi, Utah. The first one to two weeks include in-person onboarding.
