About the role#
We are looking for an Operations Intern to run and scale the day-to-day operations of our robotics lab. You will work directly with leadership on the tasks required to keep our facility running, including people operations, logistics, events, and internal systems. This is a hands-on position with ownership of the foundation of our startup.
What you'll do#
- Manage lab logistics, including inventory, shipping and receiving, and hardware tracking for over 60 robot platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
- Oversee facilities to keep the lab running smoothly.
- Handle finance and administrative tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and record-keeping.
- Plan and run culture and community events, including monthly meetups.
- Build and document operational and people-ops processes as we scale.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Discretion when handling sensitive information.
- A proactive mindset focused on documentation and problem-solving.
- Comfort juggling multiple workstreams and shifting priorities.
- A genuine interest in startups, robotics, or AI is a plus.

- The position is paid and full-time.
