About the role#
Trata is hiring Business Operations interns for Summer 2027. This position is open to first and second-year students. We offer flexibility regarding weekly hours, allowing you to work during the morning, afternoon, or evening. High performance during the summer may lead to a paid internship during the school year.
What you'll do#
- Manage outreach and follow-ups for a specific subset of ideal customer profiles.
- Label transcripts as part of our processing workflows.

- This is a remote role based in the United States.
- Candidates located in New York, New York, have the option to visit our office.
- The position is paid hourly with variable bonuses based on KPI performance.
