About the role#
This 10-week summer internship provides exposure to the Property and Procurement functions within a banking environment. You will work with teams responsible for retail and office leasing, lease administration, corporate services, real estate operations, third party risk management, and sourcing. This program includes structured and unstructured learning opportunities to help you develop technical and soft skills in areas such as data, financial, and qualitative analysis, project management, contract basics, and professional presentations. Strong performers may be considered for full-time roles upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Shadow senior level leaders and interact with interns across different business lines.
- Complete a series of case studies to build your skillset.
- Work on an individual project throughout the 10 weeks, culminating in a final presentation to your team.
- Apply your skills to a real-life business case.
- Participate in cross-functional exposure across various Property and Procurement groups.
What you'll need#
- Expected graduation date between May 2028 and May 2029.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while working both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn about real estate, procurement, and business operations.
- Completion of a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link.
- Permanent work authorization in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
