About the role#
This position supports operational excellence by ensuring field resources and partners are prepared, skilled, and ready to deliver high-quality service. You will contribute to reliable deployments, reduced rework, and improved customer satisfaction by focusing on resource readiness and enablement.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with field partners to align technician skills with customer and project expectations.
- Identify gaps in enablement collateral and drive updates and improvements.
- Ensure new partner resources are onboarded with appropriate system access and completed training requirements.
- Review new products, assess regional impact, and assign required training.
- Maintain enablement materials to ensure they are current, scalable, and relevant.
- Develop onboarding processes that accelerate integration and productivity for new team members.
- Improve deployment readiness to reduce delays and rework prior to on-site activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Application of field service operations, resource management, and enablement practices within a telecom or technology services environment.
- Ability to assess technical skill requirements and map them to project needs and customer expectations.
- Utilization of resource management tools and systems such as Kantata, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Application of data management and analytical practices to identify gaps and improve data quality.
- Background in developing or maintaining training programs, onboarding frameworks, or enablement content.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills to work with PMO, operations, partners, and technical teams.
- Problem-solving approach focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

- Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (availability to work in the office three days per week).
- Employment Type: Full-time, paid internship.
- Compensation: $20.50 - $27.50 per hour.
