About the role#
As an intern in Defined Benefit Pension Administration, you will join a professional team dedicated to managing pension plan services for our clients and members. This role offers a chance to apply your analytical skills to real-world financial tasks within a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Calculate pension benefits following current regulations and legislation.
- Assist in the production of annual statements for plan members.
- Analyze and validate annual or periodic data.
- Support the team with special projects and various mandates.
- Identify and propose improvements to our existing internal processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative as a team player.
- Organizational skills to manage your daily tasks.
- Note that English language skills are considered an asset for this position.
