About the role#
This four-month internship program offers students the chance to work within the Human Resources team at Bell. You will gain hands-on experience while contributing to talent initiatives and organizational projects. Interns work alongside experienced professionals to develop skills that support their future career goals.
What you'll do#
You will support one of the following functional areas: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning Strategy, Compensation, Mental Health and Accessibility, Disability Management, Project Management, Digital HR, HR Analytics and reporting, Human Resources Services, or Labour Relations. Your core responsibilities include:
- Contributing to building a talent advantage.
- Working with teams across the organization.
- Driving employee effectiveness.
- Enhancing organizational efficiencies to deliver the best client experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a second- or third-year student in a university bachelor's degree or college diploma program in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or Business Management.
- Expected graduation between spring 2028 and spring 2029.
- Strong skills in communication, relationship-building, storytelling, and presentations.
- A consultative approach to identifying business solutions and understanding customer needs.
- An analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to use AI and digital tools.
- Demonstrated leadership through extracurriculars, athletics, academic projects, or volunteer work.
- A collaborative approach and appreciation for diverse perspectives.
- Resilience and motivation to succeed.
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions based in Quebec.
Location & details#
- Locations: Montreal, Quebec and Mississauga, Ontario.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with a requirement to work in-person at a Bell office a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
- Term: Rolling.
