About the role#
Join the Test Automation & AI Enablement team to help shape the future of intelligent engineering. You will gain hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to the development of next-generation AI solutions. What you'll do#
- Design, develop, and evaluate AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent workflow automation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities, and translate business requirements into practical AI-driven solutions.
- Develop software applications, APIs, and automation tools using Python and AI-assisted development platforms like Cursor AI and GitHub Copilot.
- Analyze engineering and operational data to generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support data-driven decision making.
- Participate in Agile development activities, design reviews, AI adoption initiatives, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or a College diploma, in a relevant technical discipline such as Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- Strong programming experience in Python and familiarity with software development, automation frameworks, and APIs.
- Knowledge of Generative AI concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools like Cursor AI or GitHub Copilot.
- Understanding of data analytics, statistics, data modeling, and visualization techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience building AI applications using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI is an asset.
- Exposure to AI guardrails, LLM evaluation, observability, and monitoring solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise development, dashboard platforms like Grafana, Splunk, or Power BI, and CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
