About the role#
This internship is a 4-month position starting in January 2027. You will join the Services Business Intelligence & Analytics team, which manages reporting and analysis for internal users across the company. The team is currently shifting from operational reporting to advanced analytics, and you will help build new capabilities using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
What you'll do#
- Develop new Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence based Advanced Analytics capabilities.
- Enhance the Call Analytics tool by adding sentiment analysis and quality scoring for the Technical Support Organization.
- Design and develop a Cost Profiling tool to assist Project Managers with cost forecasting.
- Build a KPI Outlier Detection program to provide advanced warning signals to executives.
- Contribute to the design and development of Order Plan forecasting to help the Product Line Management team evaluate business trends.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a degree program for Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- Formal coursework in Data Science.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize your own tasks.
- Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
- Comfort working in a remote environment across global time zones.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A commitment to meeting project deadlines.

- Term: Winter 2027 (4 months).

- Compensation: Paid position ($21.00 - $28.00 per hour).
