About the role#
As a summer intern, you will join a professional team focused on pension plan administration. You will work directly with clients and plan members to manage their pension matters. This role requires an analytical mindset and provides an opportunity to gain experience in a professional environment.
What you'll do#
- Calculate benefits based on current regulations and legislation.
- Help produce annual statements for plan members.
- Analyze and validate annual or periodic data.
- Support the team with special projects and daily mandates.
- Identify and propose improvements to existing team processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Sharp analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills.
- English language skills are considered an asset.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is based in Montreal, Quebec.
- Work must be performed on-site.
