    About the role#

    This co-op position supports the Executive Experience and Talent Programs team. You will assist with talent initiatives, specifically focusing on Global Mobility, Severance, and Executive Appointment activities. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent programs while using digital tools to improve team effectiveness.

    What you'll do#

    • Support the delivery and improvement of talent program initiatives.
    • Use tools like CAI, Copilot, and Power Automate to streamline team processes and workflows.
    • Pull, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and inform program decisions.
    • Create and update presentations for project updates and stakeholder discussions.
    • Manage SharePoint access, site administration, and list creation.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a post-secondary program with plans to return to full-time studies.
    • Progress toward an undergraduate degree or related post-secondary qualification.
    • Experience with CAI, Copilot, Power Automate, Workday, and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Previous co-op experience in human resources or talent programs is an asset.
    • Ability to work in a team environment while demonstrating trust and accountability.

    • Location: Toronto, Ontario.
    • Term: Winter 2027 (January to April 2027).
    • Work Modality: Hybrid, with 1-3 days per week on-site.
    • Employment Type: Full-time, paid co-op.
