About the role#
This paid internship offers hands-on experience in restaurant operations. You will work 20 to 30 hours per week, with a schedule that balances operational shifts and time spent with the leadership team. We accommodate class schedules for students. You will report to the Operating Partner and Directors to support business goals and help maintain restaurant systems.
What you'll do#
- Work with the Operating Partner and Directors to build and execute leadership processes.
- Develop systems that help shifts run efficiently.
- Assist with performance management for team members.
- Help create recognition and incentive programs for the staff.
- Complete a business project based on current restaurant needs.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a degree program.
- Ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and make quick decisions.
- Skill in setting goals and motivating a team.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter mindset with a focus on customer service.
