About the role#
As a Team Member at Chick-fil-A in Natchitoches, you will provide service to guests and ensure they receive quality food. This position offers the chance to gain experience while working with an independent Owner/Operator. You will receive $11.50 per hour.
What you'll do#
- Smile and maintain eye contact with guests.
- Speak enthusiastically and build emotional connections with those you serve.
- Multitask quickly and thoroughly while maintaining accuracy.
- Communicate clearly with guests and other team members.
- Follow restaurant values, rules, and dress code standards.
- Support the team by being adaptable, dependable, and hardworking.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by restaurant leadership.
What you'll need#
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- A cheerful, positive attitude and a desire to help others.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and consistency in your work habits.
- Ability to stand for several hours at a time.
- Ability to lift and carry 10-25 lbs on a regular basis.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
