About the role#
This internship at Chick-fil-A Crossroads Center offers hands-on experience in restaurant operations, marketing, and business leadership. You will work directly with our team to support daily business goals while learning about hospitality and organizational management. This is a paid role where you will contribute to real projects and receive mentorship from our leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Assist with marketing strategy, promotional planning, and community involvement initiatives.
- Create and organize social media content, including photography, caption writing, and campaign planning.
- Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of restaurant and off-site events.
- Work in Front of House operations to learn restaurant systems and maintain service standards.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily restaurant execution.
- Complete a semester-long or summer business project and present your findings to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week, with flexibility to work more as needed.
- Dependability and a self-motivated approach to your work.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn.
