About the role#
This position is for high school students who want to join a kitchen team. You will work after school and on weekends. This role requires focus, effort, and accountability. It is a physically demanding environment where speed, precision, and consistency matter every shift.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and assemble food quickly and accurately.
- Maintain strict food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Operate in multiple kitchen stations during high-volume periods.
- Keep your station stocked, organized, and efficient.
- Work with urgency to keep the kitchen flowing.
- Communicate clearly with team members to prevent slowdowns.
What you'll need#
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Available at least 2 to 3 weekdays for afternoon or evening shifts.
- Available to work Saturdays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant.
- Dependable and ready to work.
- Ability to respond well to coaching and correction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

- Location: LaGrange, Georgia.
- Schedule: Part-time, including weekdays and weekends.
