About the role#
This internship is designed for individuals who want to grow as leaders and learn how a business operates. You will gain hands-on experience in a restaurant environment while learning to lead people, solve problems, and understand business results. This is an active role where you will contribute to the business, lead team members, and own specific projects under the guidance of the Owner/Operator and leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on experience in daily restaurant operations.
- Lead and support team members in both service and production areas.
- Support Operational Excellence in food quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Own a specific business focus area or leadership project.
- Participate in leadership conversations related to people, operations, sales, profitability, culture, and growth.
