About the role#
This position is for high school students who want to build discipline and gain real-world skills. You will work after school and on weekends as part of a team. We look for people who are ready to work hard and take ownership of their responsibilities.
What you'll do#
- Serve guests with speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality.
- Work outside for most of your shift.
- Collaborate with your team during high-volume periods.
- Communicate clearly and stay focused when it is busy.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and stocked.
- Follow all standards and procedures.
What you'll need#
- You must be a high school student.
- Availability for at least 2-3 weekday afternoon or evening shifts.
- Availability to work on Saturdays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work nights or weekends.
