About the role#
Chick-fil-A Mountain View Village is hiring Team Members to join our staff in Riverton. This role involves working across both front of house and back of house operations to serve guests and prepare food. You will work directly with the local owner and have opportunities for advancement into leadership positions.
What you'll do#
- Serve guests at the front counter and in the dining room.
- Take orders on tablets and run food for the drive-thru.
- Prepare beverages, desserts, and assemble meals.
- Hand bread chicken and cook waffle potato fries.
- Package chicken nuggets, assemble sandwiches, and prepare salads.
- Clean dishes and kitchen equipment.
- Stand for long hours and work outside in various weather conditions.
- Lift heavy boxes of supplies.
What you'll need#
- A positive attitude and the ability to smile.
- Dependability and self-motivation.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.
- A focus on food safety, quality, and speed.
- Availability to work weekends.
- A minimum of two closing shifts per week.
- Adherence to company grooming and appearance standards regarding tattoos, piercings, and hair.
Location & details#
- Location: Riverton, Utah.
- Schedule: Full-time with day and night shifts available.

- Note: All locations are closed on Sundays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
