About the role#
This paid internship offers hands-on experience in restaurant operations and leadership. You will work 20 to 30 hours per week, with a schedule that balances operational duties and time spent with business leaders. We work around class schedules for students. The program runs during the Fall 2026 or Winter 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Work with the Operating Partner and Directors to build and execute leadership processes.
- Create restaurant systems that help shifts run successfully.
- Assist with performance management for team members.
- Help develop recognition and incentive programs.
- Maintain alignment with the vision of the Operator and leadership team.
- Complete a project based on business needs and your personal interests.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one.
- Ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and make quick decisions.
- Skill in setting goals and motivating a team.
- Ability to identify strengths and passions in others.
- A desire to develop people of all skill levels.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- A customer service orientation.

- Location: Raleigh, North Carolina.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule includes 8 hour shifts, with availability required on weekends and weekdays.
