About the role#
The Supply Chain Management Development Program (SCMDP) is a two-year, full-time program designed for individuals who have completed a prior internship with the company. Participants engage in three 8-month rotations that span the end-to-end global supply chain, including Corporate and Business Unit roles. This program focuses on building technical and leadership competencies through hands-on experience and frequent interaction with senior management and leadership.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
- Complete rotations across multiple asset classes.
- Evaluate and deploy digital solutions, including managing the associated change.
- Drive business process improvement across the enterprise, covering areas such as logistics, contracting, and inventory management.
- Interact regularly with leadership, senior managers, and program alumni.
What you'll need#
- An MBA or Master’s degree with a concentration in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- Prior internship or work experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Ability to be geographically mobile, as relocation may be considered.
- Permanent US work authorization. Please note that sponsorship for employment visas is not available for this position.

- This is an on-site, full-time position.
- Primary locations include Houston, Texas, and San Ramon, California. Additional domestic or international locations may be possible.
