About the role#
The Supply Chain Management Development Program (SCMDP) is a two-year, full-time program designed to accelerate professional development through three eight-month rotations. Participants gain hands-on experience across the end-to-end global supply chain, working within various asset classes, corporate functions, and business units. The program emphasizes the development of technical and leadership competencies through frequent interaction with senior management and program alumni.
What you'll do#
- Complete rotations focused on procurement and supply chain management.
- Evaluate and deploy digital solutions, including managing the associated organizational change.
- Lead business process improvement initiatives across the enterprise, including logistics, contracting, materials management, and demand planning.
- Engage in strategic sourcing, negotiation execution, and market intelligence gathering.
- Utilize business intelligence and data visualization to analyze spend, inventory, and cost metrics.
- Collaborate with leadership to benchmark performance and implement recommendations to improve business results.
What you'll need#
- An MBA or Master’s degree with a concentration in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- Prior internship or work experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
- Exceptional communication abilities and demonstrated leadership potential.
- A growth mindset and the ability to apply feedback effectively.
- Must be geographically mobile, as relocation may be required.
- Permanent US work authorization (sponsorship is not provided).

- Compensation: $121,000 annually.
