About the role#
We are looking for a proactive intern to join our Operations team in Westerville. This position provides hands-on experience in operations management and offers exposure to the various processes that keep our business running. You will work directly with team members to solve problems and improve existing workflows.
What you'll do#
- Work with your team to find inefficiencies in current operations and suggest improvements.
- Gather, analyze, and present data on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Keep accurate records and documentation for operational procedures and compliance.
- Take part in quality assurance tasks to ensure our standards are met.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A detail-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
