    About the role#

    The Finance & Commercial MBA Development Program (FCMP) internship is a 10-12 week program based at corporate headquarters. It serves as an entry point to the company's two-year rotational program, which is designed to develop future senior leadership. Interns gain exposure to various business units and interact with management while building professional networks.

    What you'll do#

    • Complete a 10-12 week assignment at corporate headquarters.
    • Participate in training sessions, social events, and networking opportunities.
    • Engage with senior leadership, including executives and program alumni.
    • Build a professional network within the company.
    • Gain insight into the structure and expectations of the full-time two-year rotational program.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an MBA program.
    • At least 3 years of pre-MBA work experience.
    • Permanent U.S. work authorization.
    • Strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of finance and accounting principles.
    • Demonstrated leadership potential.
