2026-2027 Finance & Commercial MBA Development Program (FCMP) Full Time (Returning Intern)

About the role#

The Finance & Commercial MBA Development Program (FCMP) is a two-year program designed to develop future senior leadership within the company. Participants join a select community with access to mentorship from program alumni and leadership. The program offers exposure to various business units, including Upstream, Midstream, Downstream & Chemicals, Energy Transition, and Corporate departments. This role is intended for returning interns who have completed their MBA.

What you'll do#

• Complete four six-month rotational assignments across Finance and Business & Commercial functions.
• Gain experience in areas such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Treasury, Investor Relations, and Energy Transition.
• Build a professional network and interact with senior management.
• Participate in an international assignment during the two-year program.
• Transition into a permanent Finance or Business & Commercial role upon program completion.

What you'll need#

• MBA degree (must be completed prior to joining).
• 3+ years of pre-MBA work experience.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization (sponsorship is not available).
• Outstanding leadership potential and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of finance and accounting principles.
• A demonstrated passion for the energy industry.
