About the role#
Williams offers a 10-to-12-week internship program for students pursuing degrees in Finance or Accounting. This full-time, paid summer role provides hands-on experience within the energy industry. You will work on projects that support our operations and gain exposure to various departments and career paths.
What you'll do#
- Build an understanding of our core business and operating areas.
- Collect and analyze real-time data to identify efficiencies and support asset maintenance.
- Work with teams across different fields and operating areas to reach enterprise goals.
- Contribute to capital expansions and major projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance or Accounting.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- A valid State Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to relocate for the summer.
- Note: This position is not eligible for sponsorship, OPT, or CPT.

- Locations: Tulsa, Oklahoma; Houston, Texas; Salt Lake City, Utah.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: Paid hourly based on your graduation date. A $2,500 housing stipend is provided, with additional relocation assistance available for those moving more than 50 miles from their home and school.
