About the role#
This is a full-time Facilities Engineer position designed for individuals who have previously completed an internship with the company. You will join the Horizons Program, an early-career development track that provides formal training, mentoring, and on-the-job competency development over your first five years. This role focuses on building a technical foundation in designing and optimizing systems for the separation, purification, transformation, and transportation of hydrocarbons, water, and other process streams.
What you'll do#
- Optimize facilities to ensure safe, reliable, and high-value operations.
- Provide technical engineering support for project execution and facility turnarounds.
- Develop and deploy technologies aimed at increasing efficiency, maximizing returns, and reducing carbon impact.
- Utilize data analytics and digitalization to enhance process safety and operational performance.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, or be in the final year of completing these requirements.
- For graduates, a maximum of two years of directly related work experience.
- Strong academic performance in core engineering programs.
- Ability to drive on a routine basis, as required by the position.
