About the role#
This Audit Intern position offers a look into the public accounting profession. You will gain experience while building a foundation for your career during the Winter 2028 term. This is a full-time, paid role based on-site in Charlotte.
What you'll do#
- Support multiple supervisors across various client engagements.
- Apply your accounting knowledge to client work using firm technology.
- Shadow audit professionals at all levels of the organization.
- Take part in training initiatives and team building activities.
- Complete and present a research or marketing project.
- Join social outings, including happy hours, lunches, and community service projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited accounting or related program.
- Graduation date approximately two years away.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to travel to client sites, including frequent same-day travel.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without firm sponsorship.
