About the role#
We are looking for a Business Operations Intern to join us in Mayfield Village for the Fall 2026 term. This is a paid, on-site position. You will work at least 20 hours per week, with a requirement to be in the office at least three days during the work week. You should be prepared to work in blocks of at least two hours and may occasionally need to work evenings or Saturdays.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including mail delivery, scanning, and general office tasks.
- Manage calendars, prepare for meetings, and process expense reports.
- Assist with receptionist duties and support guests.
- Create and update business documents like memos and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office.
- Handle questions from internal and external clients and direct them to the right person.
- Help with regional administrative special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Associate or Bachelor degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.
- Strong technical skills, specifically with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project management and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to multi-task and work independently within a team.
- High attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
