About the role#
This is a paid internship for the Fall 2026 term. You will work on-site in Indianapolis to provide administrative support to the leadership team and assist with general office operations. This position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week during core business hours, with at least three days spent on-site.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support such as copying, scanning, and mail delivery.
- Manage calendars, prepare for meetings, and process expense reports.
- Create and update memos and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office.
- Help with regional administrative special projects.
- Answer questions from clients and internal team members.
- Provide coverage for the receptionist and assist visitors.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Associate or Bachelor degree program, preferably in Business Administration or Communications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
- Availability to work in blocks of at least two hours during the week.
