About the role#
This is a paid Business Operations internship for the Fall 2026 term. You will work on-site in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week during core business hours, with at least three days per week spent on-site. You must be able to work in blocks of at least two hours and may occasionally need to work evenings or Saturdays.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team and other stakeholders, including mail delivery, scanning, and general office tasks.
- Manage calendars, prepare for meetings, and process expense reports.
- Cover reception duties and support office guests.
- Create and update documents such as memos and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office.
- Answer questions from internal and external clients and direct them to the right resources.
- Assist with regional administrative projects and office priorities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Associate or Bachelor degree program, preferably in Business Administration or Communications.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet software.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently within a team.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
