About the role#
This is a paid internship position for the Fall 2026 term. You will work on-site in Denver, Colorado, providing administrative support to our leadership team and assisting with regional office operations.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support through tasks like copying, scanning, and mail coordination.
- Manage calendars, prepare for meetings, and process expense reports.
- Create and update memos, spreadsheets, and other business documents using Microsoft Office.
- Assist with regional special projects and general office priorities.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, answering questions and directing inquiries to the right team members.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, specifically with the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- A capacity to multi-task and think independently.
- High attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Denver, Colorado.
- Modality: On-site at least three days per week, Monday through Friday.
- Schedule: Minimum of 20 hours per week during core business hours, with blocks of at least two hours each. Periodic evening or Saturday work may be required.
- Physical requirements: Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
