About the role#
This Business Operations internship offers a chance to gain experience in a professional services environment. You will support our leadership team and regional office operations during the Winter 2027 term. This is a paid, part-time position that requires a minimum of 20 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support including copying, scanning, and mail coordination.
- Manage office logistics such as FedEx shipments and general package delivery.
- Assist with receptionist duties, guest support, and meeting preparation.
- Help with calendar management and expense report processing.
- Draft and update business documents like memos and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office.
- Handle inquiries from internal and external clients and direct them to the right resources.
- Support regional administrative special projects and office priorities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an Associate or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet software.
- Experience with AI tools such as Copilot.
- Ability to multi-task, think independently, and manage projects.
- High attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York.
- Modality: On-site and hybrid. You must be able to work on-site at least three days per week during core business hours.
- Schedule: You must be available to work in blocks of at least two hours. Periodic extra hours, including evenings or Saturdays, may be required.
