About the role#
We are hiring for a Supply Chain Co-Op to work on-site in New Bremen, Ohio. This is a paid, full-time position available for the Spring 2027 and Summer 2027 terms. You will work alongside supply chain professionals to learn core techniques and processes. We have multiple openings across areas such as purchased materials planning, direct and indirect sourcing, logistics, and data analytics. We match students to assignments based on their skills, interests, and company needs.
What you'll do#
- Support supply chain professionals with daily tasks and projects.
- Conduct annual spend and supplier risk analysis.
- Assist with strategic sourcing plans and cost reduction initiatives.
- Facilitate problem solving meetings.
- Prepare an end of term report for supply chain leadership.
- Interact with suppliers and visit manufacturing or branch sites.
- Help with tasks like tariff data collection, replenishment strategies, and product development sourcing.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, Operations, MIS, Finance, General Business Marketing, or Pre-Corporate Law.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
