About the role#
This eCommerce Marketing Co-Op role supports marketing initiatives for eCommerce campaigns. You will gain hands-on experience in digital and email marketing, branding, merchandising, and social media. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in New Bremen, Ohio, for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Update product information, descriptions, and images on the eCommerce site.
- Monitor site performance to help improve customer experience and conversion rates.
- Analyze metrics like traffic, sales, and customer behavior.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for key performance indicators.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure accurate, timely site updates.
- Research competitors and industry trends.
- Test website functionality, troubleshoot issues, and document enhancements.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the eCommerce Manager.
What you'll need#
- You are an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, eCommerce, or a related field.
- Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Your own means of reliable transportation.
