About the role#
The Marketing Intern supports the execution of marketing initiatives, customer engagement programs, and brand awareness efforts at Candor Logistics Management. You will manage HubSpot activities, create content, support email campaigns, maintain CRM data quality, and assist with reporting and analytics. This role helps you learn how marketing drives revenue growth in the logistics industry.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and update contact records and CRM data in HubSpot.
- Build, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Create workflows, lists, and customer segments.
- Monitor open rates, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
- Draft blog posts, customer success stories, and company updates.
- Develop LinkedIn content, marketing materials, and sales support documents.
- Assist with podcast promotion and content repurposing.
- Track marketing KPIs and prepare monthly reports.
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and new marketing tools.
- Update website content and assist with SEO and online advertising initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM or Marketing Hub is preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic email marketing.
- Experience with Canva or graphic design tools.
- Interest in B2B marketing and logistics.
