About the role#
As a Leasing Community Intern, you will support the daily operations of our residential community. You will help maintain high occupancy levels by assisting with resident retention and leasing activities. This role requires a professional approach to customer service and the ability to collaborate effectively with your team.
What you'll do#
- Handle administrative front desk tasks and duties.
- Answer incoming leasing calls and provide professional tours of the community.
- Process lease applications and manage lease file paperwork.
- Keep the tour path clean to ensure a positive first impression for prospective residents.
- Help plan and execute community events.
- Participate in required company training programs.
- Perform on-call duties such as lock-outs and nightly rounds.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university with at least 6 credit hours.
- Completion of at least one year of college studies.
- A minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and access all areas of the property.
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Status as a current or future leaseholder of the community.

- This position is located in Temple Terrace, Florida.
- Work is performed on-site.
- This is a paid, non-exempt internship.
- Interns are required to re-apply for the position annually.
