About the role#
The Strategy Consulting Intern position is a full-time, ten-week program running from June through August 2027. You will join an existing 4-8 person team that functions as an internal consultancy, supporting senior leaders on critical business issues. This role is part of the broader Analyst Internship Program, which includes training, networking, and team-based activities. Interns may be evaluated for a full-time position following the program.
What you'll do#
- Work on small project teams to address strategic business challenges.
- Partner with senior executives and leadership teams.
- Develop consulting skills through hands-on coaching and regular feedback.
- Gain exposure to the financial services industry and various business functions.
- Participate in experiential education and training sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program or higher.
- Commitment to continuing in your current course of study following the internship.
- Ability to independently manage and execute a work plan with guidance.
- Interest in solving complex qualitative and quantitative problems.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas effectively.
- Relevant academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Political Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
