About the role#
The Process Management intern will contribute to the design, management, and optimization of business processes. This role involves working with extended teams across the enterprise to ensure that business processes perform optimally and meet quality, time, and cost goals. Interns will participate in social networking events and connect with other Process Managers across the business.
What you'll do#
- Play a key role in the company lean transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing, operations, and other business strategies.
- Use management skills including communication and change leadership to drive priorities such as product launches and technology changes.
- Utilize techniques and tools to define, manage, and improve processes, including Lean, Six Sigma, Visual Management, and Business Process Management.
- Apply methods for process improvement such as variation reduction, waste elimination, and risk mitigation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited Canadian university with an expected graduation date in or after 2027.
- Pursuit of a degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement tools and methodologies.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and requirements.
- Interest in collaborating within team settings.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with expectations to be in the office three days per week.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
