About the role#
As an Intern in Process Management, you will contribute to the design, management, and optimization of business processes. You will work with extended teams across the enterprise to ensure that business processes perform optimally while meeting quality, time, and cost objectives. This role involves participating in the company's lean transformation and engaging in social networking opportunities with other process managers.
What you'll do#
- Play a key role in the company's lean transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing, operations, and other business strategies.
- Use management skills, including communication and change leadership, to drive priorities like product launches and technology changes.
- Utilize techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, Visual Management, and Business Process Management to define and improve processes.
- Apply methods for process improvement, including waste elimination, variation reduction, and risk mitigation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited Canadian university with an expected graduation date in or after 2027.
- Pursuit of a degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and requirements.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with expectations to be in the office three days per week.
- Employment Type: Full-time, paid internship.
