About the role#
This is a full-time, paid 10-week summer internship running from June through August 2027. You will join a specific team to work on impactful projects, gain exposure to senior leadership, and collaborate with associates across the company. Interns are evaluated for potential full-time roles in our MBA Development Program following the completion of the internship.
What you'll do#
- Own the success and life cycle of product features, setting strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Translate business strategy into products by developing customer empathy and integrating data.
- Develop hypotheses and create analytical frameworks to test solutions and measure success.
- Manage sprint teams to ship, scale, and improve products.
- Actively manage a backlog, make trade-off decisions, and clear impediments for your team.
- Scope operational feasibility and lead implementation efforts for new initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, analysts, and data scientists to drive business strategy.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a 2-year MBA with an expected graduation date of August 2028 or earlier.
- Must be continuing in the same course of study following the internship.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with 3 years of Product Management experience.
- At least 2 years of experience leveraging data and customer insights to make strategic decisions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Preferred: 4+ years of professional experience in Tech, Data Science, Consulting, Strategy, or Financial Services, or MBA joint degrees with technical Master's programs.
