About the role#
Cadence is seeking a Software Intern to conduct research and development using state-of-the-art machine learning technologies. You will work within a small team to address technical challenges related to on-chip parasitic modeling. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Research and develop solutions using machine learning for on-chip parasitic modeling.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical problems.
- Process and implement algorithms for large datasets.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Master or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
- Experience with UNIX shell and scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
- A strong background in algorithms and data processing.
- Knowledge of machine learning technologies; experience with parasitic modeling is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly, work in a startup-like environment, and communicate effectively.
