Software Intern

About the role#

Cadence is seeking a Software Intern to conduct research and development using state-of-the-art machine learning technologies. You will work within a small team to address technical challenges related to on-chip parasitic modeling. This is a full-time, paid position.

What you'll do#

• Research and develop solutions using machine learning for on-chip parasitic modeling.
• Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical problems.
• Process and implement algorithms for large datasets.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Master or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
• Experience with UNIX shell and scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
• A strong background in algorithms and data processing.
• Knowledge of machine learning technologies; experience with parasitic modeling is preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly, work in a startup-like environment, and communicate effectively.
