About the role#
Cadence is seeking a Software Intern to conduct research and development focused on machine learning technologies for on-chip parasitic modeling. You will join a small team to contribute to technical projects and solve complex problems in technology.
What you'll do#
- Develop and implement algorithms for processing large data sets.
- Apply machine learning technologies to parasitic modeling research.
- Collaborate with team members to address challenging technical requirements.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Master or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or Physics.
- Strong background in algorithms and programming for large-scale data processing.
- Proficiency in C and C++.
- Experience with UNIX shell and scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
- Knowledge of machine learning technologies, with parasitic modeling experience considered a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively in a collaborative environment.
