    About the role#

    As a Process Development Intern, you will work with cross-functional teams to build manufacturing processes for medical devices. You will partner with R&D and Operations to move designs from the initial concept phase to the market. This position is based in Maple Grove, Minnesota, and follows a hybrid work model, requiring you to be in the office at least three to four days per week.

    What you'll do#

    • Collaborate with teams to establish and refine manufacturing processes.
    • Design, build, and test prototype devices based on clinical feedback.
    • Perform process characterization experiments and Process Validation to identify optimal manufacturing settings.
    • Manage the integrity and content of Process Plans, including material selection and task sequencing.
    • Investigate and recommend new technologies for medical device production.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or graduate program for Biomedical Engineering.
    • Graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
    • Prior co-op experience specifically at Boston Scientific.
    • A minimum of 0-1 year of engineering work experience in the MedTech industry.
    • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

    • Compensation: This is a paid position with a salary range of $43,368 to $73,736, depending on experience and other factors.
