About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge within a medical equipment manufacturing setting. You will contribute to projects that support the development, sustainment, and quality assurance of medical technologies. This role is based in Arlington, Tennessee, and requires an on-site presence.
What you'll do#
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product sustainment.
- Evaluate risk and ensure that user needs are met for our products.
- Document complex processes and present them in a clear format.
- Apply technical skills to help drive product safety, reliability, and quality.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
- Must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program following the internship.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
