About the role#
This is a full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work with the Employee Communications team to build and carry out communication strategies. The role involves a mix of writing, project coordination, and data research to help keep our workforce informed and engaged.
What you'll do#
- Write emails, speaking notes, FAQs, and presentations to mobilize employees.
- Create content for on-site televisions and format articles using Canva.
- Interview employees to write stories and announcements for our internal magazine.
- Coordinate and promote employee events.
- Proofread texts and work with teams to manage translations or filming projects.
- Conduct research assignments and analyze data.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in communications, HR, public relations, journalism, political science, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
- Ability to learn new information tools quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A motivated attitude and a willingness to learn.

- Location: Dorval, Quebec.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Status: This is a paid, full-time internship open to students only. You may be required to travel outside of Canada occasionally for work or training purposes.
