    About the role#

    As a Video Production Intern, you will work with the Brand and Communications team to document our progress in aerospace manufacturing. You will capture footage of rocket hardware, test campaigns, and launch operations. This role involves both production work on-site and post-production editing for social media, internal presentations, and our website. You will also help manage our media library and organize equipment.

    What you'll do#

    • Photograph and film rocket hardware, test campaigns, and company activities.
    • Edit photos and videos for social media, web, and internal use.
    • Assist the video team with on-site production shoots.
    • Manage media files, backups, and equipment organization.
    • Support content planning and brainstorming sessions.
    • Assist the creative team with various tasks as needed.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in film or media production.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
    • Experience with photography and videography.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Must be local to the Los Angeles or Long Beach area.
    • Experience with motion graphics and animation software like Blender is a plus.
    • Experience shooting technical or industrial content is helpful.
    • An interest in aerospace and current social media trends.

    • Employment: Full-time.
    • Compensation: 27 to 30 dollars per hour.
