About the role#
This internship focuses on project management for the EcoJet Research and Technology project. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to support technical project management, track progress, and refine internal processes. This is an eight-month, full-time, paid position for students currently enrolled in university.
What you'll do#
- Support the management of technical projects within a research and technology context.
- Develop, monitor, and update project timelines.
- Prepare and maintain reports on financial statements, planning, and project status.
- Establish regular follow-up sessions with project stakeholders.
- Create weekly and monthly progress presentations.
- Develop flowcharts to map out project workflows.
- Improve internal processes for project management, risk, opportunity, and change management.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a university program in engineering or a related field, with at least two years completed.
- Strong interest in project management within aeronautics, innovation, and technology development.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take leadership when necessary.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data visualization or reporting tools.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project.
- Experience in Design Thinking is an asset.
- A curious, motivated, and independent mindset.

- Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027.

- Duration: 8 months.
- Compensation: CAD $17.95 to CAD $31.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.
- Note: This role is open to students only. Occasional travel outside of Canada may be required for training or work purposes.
