About the role#
Bombardier is hiring a Human Resource Business Partner Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Mississauga, Ontario. You will work in a hybrid capacity for a 12-month duration. This position is open to current students only.
What you'll do#
- Support HR Business Partners with daily operations and projects.
- Triage HR issues for employees and greet visitors.
- Participate in and present at weekly and monthly HR meetings.
- Assist with grievance meetings and investigative processes, including drafting fact sheets.
- Handle disciplinary documentation, such as drafting letters and updating personnel files.
- Interact with payroll and leadership teams on various matters.
- Process transactions in Success Factors, including transfers and leader changes.
- Create job requisitions and manage data collection and reporting for hiring, attendance, and performance.
- Organize special events and handle general office administration.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Human Resources Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain motivation.
- Flexibility to work in a complex environment.
- Availability to work full-time starting January 2027.
Location & details#
- Location: Mississauga, ON, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (12 months).
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: CAD $17.95 to $31.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.
- Note: Interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for work or training purposes.
