About the role#
This is a full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work within the Electromechanical EWIS Design team at our Dorval facility. This role is open to current university students only. You may be required to travel outside of Canada for training or work purposes.
What you'll do#
- Design electrical harnesses for business jet aircraft.
- Create 3D EWIS harness routing, including support design, component placement, assemblies, and installation drawings.
- Learn the EWIS process and contribute to harness 3D modeling and installation drawings.
- Assist with change management activities.
- Complete other tasks based on team needs.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university degree program for Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel with VBA and Microsoft Project.
- An autodidact approach to learning.
- A strong interest in programming, project management, change management, and aerospace electrical wiring.
- Experience with Catia V5 or NX is preferred.
