About the role#
Boeing is seeking Communications Interns for a 10-12 week, full-time, paid summer program in 2027. This role provides hands-on experience working directly with mentors and business unit members to support communications priorities. Interns will engage in both corporate and program-level projects, requiring the ability to work both collaboratively and independently in an on-site environment.
What you'll do#
- Write, edit, and develop messages, stories, and speeches.
- Create content for websites, social media, and video projects.
- Assist with the development and execution of strategic communications plans and branding initiatives.
- Provide event management support, including community sponsorships and activations, which may require working some weekend days.
- Collaborate with Communications and business unit team members to support enterprise goals.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with an anticipated graduation date on or after August 2027.
- A strong academic record with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Proficiency in writing, editing, and digital communications.
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
- Status as a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
- Preferred fields of study include Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Public Health, or Psychology.
